Terms & Conditions

Order Placement and Contractual Relationship

Orders must be placed via our website amegilla.ch. Orders are confirmed once you have received an order confirmation email. A contractual relationship is established by way of an email upon placement of an order. Amegilla reserves the right to refuse an order if deemed necessary. When you place an order, it is your responsibility to ensure the information you provide is correct. Changes to the delivery address are not possible after an order has been confirmed.


All prices are in Swiss Francs CHF. The prices charged are those displayed on the Amegilla website at the time of ordering. Amegilla reserves the right to amend prices at any time.

Payments on Amegilla.ch

Payments are carried out by Stripe Payments Europe and PayPal. For further information, please refer to the Privacy Policy of Stripe Payment Europe and PayPal.


Orders are delivered via SwissPost. Orders require a signature of the recipient upon delivery.  Worldwide shipping is available.  

Delivery Time

Our boxes are dispatched Monday to Friday within 1 working day of receipt of your order. Orders placed after 12:00 Uhr on Fridays will be dispatched on the following Monday. We do not dispatch goods on weekends or official Zürich Kanton holidays.

Delivery Costs

All orders are delivered by SwissPost. The cost of delivery is:

  • Within Switzerland CHF12
  • Europe CHF48
  • Rest of the world CHF75

You are responsible for any and all customs regulations, charges, taxes and levies that may be incurred. Failure to pay these charges, if any, will result in the goods being returned to us and you will be charged for costs incurred in doing so.

Product information

Upon delivery, the customer agrees to consume the products within the time indicated by the expiry date on the products. The customer is solely responsible for safely storing and preparing delivered goods. Amegilla cannot guarantee that its products are free of allergens and cannot be held responsible for such. For any information regarding the products sold by Amegilla, please contact us at customerservice@amegilla.ch.


Returns are not possible. In the event of a damaged or broken product in your gift box, please take photographs of the damage and email us at customerservice@amegilla.ch and we will be happy to assist you.

General Terms & Conditions

In the case of discrepancies between the languages on our website, the English version of our website shall apply and have authority over the other languages.

The Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss Law.
